Vegan, low-sugar, gluten-free, dairy-free, plant-based, keto-friendly, nut-free
When I posted the image below on my Instagram stories a friend of mine asked if it was wasabi.
My immediate response was 'What's wrong with you' but regardless I am now going to envision a giant bowl of wasabi every time I look at this recipe and I hope that doesn't deter you from making it because it's delicious.
I wonder if Google will index this page and have it grouped with Japanese recipe search results.
Ingredients
Base:
12 frozen oat milk cubes
1 C frozen diced avocado
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp greens powder
1 tsp chlorella
1 tbsp monk fruit sugar
Plant milk to thin (I used oat milk)
Toppings:
Free blueberries and blackberries
Granola or trail mix (I used Healthy Crunch's keto + vegan friendly trail mix)
Instructions
Blend all base ingredients until smooth
Serve in your Maria Bowl, add toppings and enjoy immediately
As always, remember to keep a Bamboo Straw on hand in case your smoothie bowl starts to melt before you finish it so you can get every drop ;)
