No peanut butter? No problem! This spin off of a PB&J Smoothie Bowl is made with our friend's allergen-friendly and keto-friendly products at Healthy Crunch. The secret? Sunflower seed butter. This smoothie bowl tastes EXACTLY like a nostalgic PB&J but is keeping it low-sugar and safe for everyone to eat. You're welcome.
Ingredients
Base:
2 cups frozen berries
1 heaping tablespoon of Healthy Crunch Super Seed or Crunchy Seed Butter
1 heaping tablespoon of Healthy Crunch Chia Jam
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Plant milk of choice to thin (I used oat milk)
Optional Toppings:
Fresh berries
Seed butter and jam
Instructions
Blend all base ingredients together until smooth
Serve in your Maria Bowl, top with optional toppings and enjoy immediately (if you don't get to it in time, you can always add a Bamboo Straw to your bowl and drink what's melted)
