In this recipe we use a combination of frozen oat milk cubes (freeze your milk in an ice cube tray), frozen coconut and coconut yogurt! These ingredients with some vanilla protein powder and monk fruit for extra sugar-free sweetness acts as a perfect base for endless smoothie bowl flavours.
Ingredients
Base:
1 cup frozen coconut
10 frozen oat milk cubes
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1 tablespoon monk fruit sugar
Plant milk to thin (I used oat milk)
Toppings:
Fresh sliced peaches
Sugar-free granola
Fresh raspberries
Sunflower seed butter (or any nut/seed butter of choice)
Instructions
Blend all base ingredients together until smooth
Scoop into your Maria Bowl, add toppings and enjoy immediately
